RELAX – $150/month or $1,800/year
Perfect for maintenance and prevention. Includes per 12‑month term:
- 4 Ultra Laser treatments (about 1 every 3 months)

REFRESH – $225/month or $2,700/year

REJUVENATE – $375/month or $4,500/year
Our most comprehensive plan for full‑face rejuvenation. Includes per 12‑month term:

How the Membership Works
12‑Month Term From Enrollment
- Each Membership is valid for 12 months from your enrollment date.
- Your renewal date is one year from the day you join.
Flexible Payment Options
- Monthly payments via automatic billing, or
- Annual payment in full at enrollment.
- Membership fees are non‑refundable, and a valid card on file is required.
Using Your Services
- Services are spread out over your Membership year (for example, one Ultra Laser treatment approximately every three months).
- Your services cannot all be taken at once at the beginning of your Membership.
- All included services must be completed within your 12‑month term.
- Unused services do not roll over and have no cash value.
- Your Membership discounts apply only while your Membership is active and cannot be applied retroactively.
Cancellations & No Freezes
Monthly Memberships
- May be cancelled after the first 3 months with 30 days’ written notice (email or in‑office form).
- If you cancel before the end of your 12‑month term, any services already received may be adjusted to full, non‑member pricing, and the difference may be charged.
Annual (Paid‑in‑Full) Memberships
- Are non‑cancelable and non‑refundable once activated.
No Freezes or Holds
- Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or put on hold for any reason.
- Your 12‑month term continues to run from your original enrollment date.
Appointment Policies
- All Membership services follow our standard booking, deposit, cancellation, late arrival, and no‑show policies.
- Late cancellations and no‑shows may result in forfeiting that Membership service and/or applicable fees as outlined in our general policies.
Eligibility & Medical Considerations
- All treatments require a consultation and provider approval for safety and suitability.
- If a particular treatment is not medically appropriate, we may recommend an alternative when possible.
Membership Is Just for You
- Memberships and all related benefits are individual, non‑transferable, and non‑shareable.
- Only the enrolled member may use the included services and discounts.
