Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment, your 25% deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment within 4 weeks.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your 25% deposit is forfeited and you may be charged an additional fee up to 25% of the service (for a total of 50%).
No-Show / No-Call
- If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, including forfeiture of your 25% deposit.
- This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Packages
- All packages are paid in full upfront at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
- Service packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
- Any unused sessions after 12 months expire and are non-refundable.
- Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to appointments booked using package sessions. A late cancellation or no-show may result in forfeiture of a session and/or applicable fees.
Memberships
- Membership fees are paid monthly/annually and provide access to our services.
- Memberships are for a calendar year and must be renewed annually.
- Membership services cannot be used all at once and must be used per the membership terms.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies apply to appointments booked using membership services.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining appointment time.
- If we are unable to complete your service due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a package, or enrolling in a membership with Zen Aesthetics, you authorize us to charge the card on file in accordance with this policy and acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms.
